"I first started my career in care in 2009, and I have been with working as a live-in carer since October 2014 and moved over to AMD Care in September 2019.
I enjoy working as carer as I get to meet a range of elderly people. I love care work as it helps individuals have a more independent and a better quality of life in the community with assistance at home. Without carers and home help, their quality of life diminishes quite rapidly. The fact that everyone at AMD is friendly, respectful, hardworking and they really care about their clients is just a great bonus!"
