Our team is led by exceptional Care Managers who provide all the support, training you need to really flourish as a professional Carer.

 

We are currently looking for newcomers and experienced care workers to join our Live-in Care Team. We provide training to get you up to speed and to develop your skills and your career when you are in the role too.

​

For our Live-in Care Team, some care experience is required, and we support you with training and support too.

The process

​

Give us a call or drop us a line and we can talk you through the opportunities here.

​

We ask everyone interested in joining AMD to complete a short, straightforward application form.

​

One of the AMD team will then be in touch to arrange an interview with our Care Management Team. We will usually ask you to bring some documentation with you when you come in, such as a copy of your driving licence, proof of ID and any relevant training certificates you may already have.

​

Following successful interview, we run some background checks such as an enhanced DBS, check your right to work status and references.

 

Once all that has been started, we will arrange for your training to start!
